BIO Gas

Biogas Purification System

It is mostly made up of hydrocarbons, which are flammable and may burn to produce heat and energy. Some bacteria transform biological wastes into usable bio-gas through a biochemical process, which produces bio-gas. The beneficial gas is known as bio-gas since it results from biological processes. The main component of biogas is methane gas.

Technical Facts

VPSA Based Biogas Purification System

PSA bio-gas purification system is the gas separation system with a specially designed adsorbent. This adsorbent is called Molecular Sieves (MS) has a micropore on its surface and adsorbs Co2, N2, H2S, and H2O molecules selectively under a certain pressure. After the adsorption process, the adsorbent is regenerated by depressurizing. These PSA systems produce the Purified Methane enriched gas continuously by repeating the above adsorption and regeneration process.

Features of VPSA Biogas Purification system

  • High Efficiency with lower maintenance
  • Lower Energy Consumption for generation
  • Low Noise during operation & Eco-Friendly fuel generation
  • High Performance, stable & user-friendly Operation
  • Simple Control with centralized control system
